FASSI takes over majority of CTELM

On January 23, 2017, Roger BOUTONNET, Chairman of CTELM, holding of FASSI France, MILTRA and MARREL, formalized the sale of his partners’ shares to Giovanni FASSI, who takes over the majority of the group. Roger BOUTONNET will remain as Chairman of CTELM, as well as of the other companies that are or will be related to it. This opportunity enables FASSI group to get closer to the French market and to confirm his willing to be a leader in the fields of auxiliary cranes and hooklifts. The proximity and the synergies set up between the group’s manufacturers, FASSI, MARREL and also CRANAB and JEKKO, will be major assets for the development of the FASSI group and its partners.
