Marrel Training Services

With more than 100 years of expertise, Marrel provides effective and long-term support to its partners. Whether on-site or remotely, we remain available to ensure service continuity, facilitate interventions and secure equipment use. Our training can be delivered at several levels:

Initial sales training

To fully understand the features and benefits of Marrel products.

Technical-sales training

Delivered by our product managers, technical experts in our ranges and their functionalities.

Technical training

To support you during equipment commissioning and anticipate any questions related to daily operation.

Aftersales Support

Marrel is committed to guaranteeing equipment performance at every level. Our approach is based on attentive listening and the search for practical solutions to avoid unnecessary downtime.

 

Technical support at all times

Our aftersales teams support our distributor network daily through warranty management and technical assistance. Our main mission: continuous guidance and attentive support to ensure the best experience for our partners.

Extensive spare parts stock

At our production site, we maintain an extensive spare parts stock (nearly 15,000 references) and guarantee parts availability for up to 30 years after market launch. Our spare parts, either exclusively designed by Marrel or selected according to our highest standards, are certified for premium quality.

Responsiveness

On a daily basis, our dedicated service commits to delivering requested parts within 24 hours (working days). Meeting deadlines and providing clear responses are among our priorities. To further enhance responsiveness, we are gradually implementing start stocks at partner locations to ensure even shorter lead times for the most common parts.
